Many many different vendors, kids fun park, good food, music and anti trafficking information, as well as the presentation of the 2014 Polaris Star Awards. The Polaris Star, also known as the North Star, was the star that slaves used to find their way North to Freedom along the Underground Railroad. My very dear friend Diana Scimone founder of Born2Fly was the recipient last year.
The Butterfly Project will have tables set up in the non profit area with beautiful new jewelry just sent to us from the Philippians, along with our classic collection from the many safe-houses that we work with. Please come say hello to us and join me at one of my favorite days in the year*~
